Florida Housing sponsors Compliance Training Workshops throughout the year. These meetings pertain to compliance rules and regulations, completion of the Tenant Income Certification and Program Report, and may provide a forum to discuss changes and updates to our housing programs.

Refund Policy: First Housing University will issue a refund for any cancellation requested in writing 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations requested within 30 days of the event are non-refundable; however a credit may be transferred to another individual within the organization for the same event date. All refunds will include a $5.38 deduction from the refund for transaction fees.
