What you will Learn
Students will learn how to properly fill out the Income Certification by discovering the information that should be obtained in order to satisfactorily input the data. Students will be taught best practices for completing an Income Certification and transferring that information to the Program Report while avoiding errors and discrepancies.
Audience
This course is designed specifically for properties that are monitored by Florida Housing. It is particularly recommended for property managers, leasing agents or anyone responsible for the monthly submission and/ or completion of this report.

This course is a detailed training designed to guide property managers and staff through the process of properly completing Florida Housing’s Tenant Income Certification. Discussion topics include how to complete the most recent Tenant Income Certification, compliance rules, reporting requirements, and best practices to avoid discrepancies.
